"Natasha created personal meal plans for me while I was early postpartum.

Having her plan helped me ensure I was eating right and fuelling my body right when sleep was at a minimum with a newborn and toddler!

The plans also helped me create a positive relationship with healthy and nutritional foods to later use when planning my own meals. She included free meals to ensure it was maintainable and enjoyable most importantly. She would communicate with me as to my goals, the time I have to make it, and budget range for food, which ensured I was comfortable with the plans while also pushing me out of my comfort zone to widen my variety of foods and meals.
